Our programme is designed to harmoniously integrate with the pursuit of other professional qualifications and follows a well-organised curriculum of modules and reflective exercises, enabling you to gain the confidence and tools to take practical steps in your personal development, enhance your skills and competencies and develop a deep understanding of your unique leadership potential.
In addition to the core curriculum, you will also have access to Individual coaching and mentoring, and the option to join the Aspiring Heads Alumni community.
