These terms govern your use of the Aspiring Heads website and our public online services. Please read them carefully.
By using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.
Different or additional terms may apply when you register for a members’ portal, purchase a service, attend an event or participate in an Aspiring Heads programme. Those terms will be provided during the relevant registration, enrolment or purchasing process. If there is any conflict, the terms applying to that particular service will take priority in relation to that service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information and how we use cookies. It should be read alongside these terms.

In these terms:
“Website” means aspiringheads.com, its public subdomains and any other public web pages operated by or on behalf of Aspiring Heads that link to these terms.
“Content” means text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, audio, video, downloads and other material made available through the Website.
“you” means any person who visits or uses the Website.
These terms principally govern the public Website. Restricted learning content, memberships, members’ portals, events, purchases and programme participation may be subject to additional terms.
The Website is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that the Website, or any Content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the public Website for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide advance notice of any significant planned interruption.
You are responsible for arranging access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Website through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these terms.
The Website is primarily directed at users in the United Kingdom. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you.

- use the Website in any way that breaches an applicable law or regulation;

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the Website and its Content. Those rights are protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws.

You may view the Website and print or download reasonable extracts for your own personal and non-commercial reference.
Educators may refer to ideas discussed on the public Website within their professional practice, provided that they do not reproduce, distribute or make substantial parts of our Content available to others. Aspiring Heads and any identified contributors should be appropriately acknowledged where relevant.
Unless we have given you prior written permission, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Website or its Content;
- share protected or restricted resources with anyone who is not authorised to access them;
- use photographs, illustrations, audio or video separately from the context in which they are provided;
- remove copyright, trade mark, branding or attribution notices;
- modify our Content in a way that is misleading or harmful;
- upload our Content to a generative-AI tool or another third-party system; or
- suggest that Aspiring Heads endorses you, your organisation, product or service where no such endorsement has been agreed.
Separate licence conditions may apply to programme workpacks, recordings, templates, members’ resources and other restricted learning materials.
If you send us an enquiry, comment, application, review or other material through the Website, you confirm that:
- you have the right to provide it;
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- it does not infringe another person’s rights;
- it does not breach an obligation of confidentiality; and
- it does not contain anything unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or otherwise harmful.
You retain ownership of material you submit.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy and use that material only as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to you;
- process an application or request;
- administer the relevant service;
- operate, maintain or protect the Website;
- moderate contributions; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We will not publish an identifiable testimonial, case study, reflection or other submission for promotional purposes without an appropriate separate agreement or permission.
You must not submit confidential or identifiable information about pupils, families, colleagues, schools or other third parties through public Website forms unless:
- we have specifically asked for the information;
- it is necessary for the stated purpose; and
- you are authorised to provide it.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may remove public comments or other material where we reasonably believe that it:
- breaches these terms;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- creates a safeguarding or security concern;
- contains confidential personal information; or
- exposes Aspiring Heads or another person to legal risk.
Some parts of our online services may be available only to registered users.
If you create or receive an account, you must:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your login details and password confidential;
- not share your account with anyone else;
- not allow another person to access restricted Content through your account; and
- notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without permission.
Accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be transferred to another person unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe that:
- the account has been compromised;
- it is being shared or misused;
- there has been a serious or repeated breach of these terms;
- the account creates a safeguarding or security risk; or
- restriction is necessary to comply with the law.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will act proportionately and explain the reason for the restriction.

This section applies to webinars, coaching sessions, learning sessions and other online events delivered or hosted by Aspiring Heads.
We may record webinars, coaching sessions and other online learning sessions. However, a recording is not guaranteed to be made or shared.
Where a session will be recorded, participants will be informed through the joining information, at the beginning of the session or through another reasonable method.
A participant’s name, profile image, voice, camera image, spoken contribution or chat message may appear in a recording.
Sessions are moderated to support participants who do not wish to appear in a recording. A participant can also reduce the possibility of appearing by:
- keeping their camera switched off;
- keeping their microphone muted;
- avoiding identifiable contributions in the chat; and
- notifying the session host or moderator.
Choosing not to appear may limit the participant’s ability to take part in some interactive activities.
Where a one-to-one coaching session will be recorded, the participant will be informed in advance and given a reasonable opportunity to raise concerns or decline to be recorded.
Where a recording relates to a cohort-based programme, it will be made available only to the relevant enrolled cohort. It will not be shared with another cohort or used externally under these terms.
Where a recording relates to a standalone event or session, it will only be made available to the audience identified in the relevant registration or event information.
The length of time for which a recording will remain available will depend on the particular programme, course or event. The relevant access period will be communicated to participants separately.
Participants must not independently:
- make an audio or video recording of a session;
- photograph or screenshot a session;
- download a recording where no download facility has been provided;
- copy or redistribute a recording; or
- share a recording or session content with an unauthorised person.
An exception applies only where Aspiring Heads has provided prior written permission and everyone whose personal information would be captured has been appropriately informed.
We take reasonable care when preparing public Content. However, it is provided for general information and professional-development purposes.
We do not guarantee that all Content will always be complete, current, accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances.
Website Content is not intended to constitute legal, medical, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional or specialist advice before acting, or deciding not to act, where your circumstances require it.
Information about programmes, events, speakers, facilitators, dates, availability, prices and outcomes may change. Information confirmed as part of a registration, purchase or participation agreement will take priority in relation to that particular service.
Aspiring Heads provides professional learning and development but does not guarantee promotion, employment, accreditation, salary increases or any particular professional outcome.
The Website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for information or convenience. They do not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party, its products, services or views.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- the availability of third-party websites;
- their content or accuracy;
- their security;
- their terms and conditions; or
- their privacy practices.
If you access a third-party website or platform, you do so subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
If you wish to link to our Website, you may link fairly and lawfully to a public page, provided that you do not:
- suggest an association, approval or endorsement where none exists;
- misrepresent your relationship with Aspiring Heads;
- frame or replicate a substantial part of the Website;
- link from a website that you do not control without the owner’s permission; or
- link from content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
We may withdraw permission to link to the Website where reasonably necessary.
We take reasonable steps to protect the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be secure or free from bugs, viruses or other harmful material.
You are responsible for configuring your devices, software and internet connection. You should use appropriate security and virus-protection measures.
If you become aware of a security vulnerability, suspected misuse or unauthorised access affecting an Aspiring Heads service, please contact support@aspiringheads.com promptly.
You must not publicly disclose a suspected security issue in a way that could increase the risk of harm to Aspiring Heads, our users or another person.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights available to you as a consumer.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
The public Website is provided for general information and professional-development purposes. If you use the public Website as a consumer, we are not responsible for commercial or business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business or goodwill.

Where you access a third-party platform through an Aspiring Heads service, that provider may also process personal information under its own privacy terms.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to:
- the Website or our services;
- our organisation;
- applicable law or regulatory guidance;
- security requirements; or
- the way in which the Website operates.
The current version and its effective date will be published on the Website.
Changes will apply from the stated effective date. We will take reasonable steps to highlight material changes where appropriate.
Changes to these Website terms will not retrospectively reduce rights you already have under a separate purchase, membership, event or programme agreement.
We may suspend or block access to the Website where we reasonably believe that this is necessary to address:
- unlawful activity;
- misuse of the Website;
- a security risk;
- a safeguarding concern;
- an infringement of another person’s rights; or
- a material breach of these terms.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will act proportionately and explain the reason for our decision.
Any provisions that are intended to continue after access ends—including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, governing law and accrued rights—will continue to apply.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we delay enforcing any provision, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to another person without our prior written agreement.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation. We will not do so where it would materially reduce the protections available to you without providing an appropriate remedy.
These terms, together with the documents expressly referred to in them, form the agreement governing your use of the public Website. They do not replace terms applying to a particular purchase, membership, event, course or programme.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory legal protections available in the country in which you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
If you are using the Website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these terms.
